POSTSend one transactional or notification message to a Ugandan phone number.

Use a live API key in the Bearer authorization header. Requests must be made over HTTPS.
Request parameters

| to | string | Yes | Destination phone number in international format, for example +256700000000. |
| message | string | Yes | The message body to deliver. Keep content concise for the best recipient experience. |
| sender_id | string | No | An approved sender ID for the message. |
| callback_url | string | No | Optional URL for delivery status webhooks. |
